Audry Van Houweling, PMHNP-BC, Owner

She Soars Psychiatry, LLC
Holistic Mental Health Solutions

Audry Van Houweling, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner trained in functional medicine focusing on holistic mental health solutions. She is the owner & founder of Zetta House Community Wellness Collective in Silverton (est. 2022) and She Soars Psychiatry, LLC (est. 2017).


Audry believes in a personalized treatment approach that values each client’s individual story. She is also a writer and passionate about educating and empowering clients to shed stigma and shame. She has lived throughout the West and has a special love for wide open spaces, big skies, and rural America. When not at work, she is most happy on her horse, running in the woods, and spending time with friends and family.

Delena Brymer, DC

Dr. Brymer earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic from University of Western States in Portland, Oregon in 2018. During her 3 years at UWS, she was active in the Associated Student Body, representing her class and the Clinic and was the President of the Pediatrics Club.

Dr. Brymer is originally from Menifee, CA where she grew up. She obtained a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology degree from Humboldt State University in 2013. She went on to receive another Bachelors of Science in Human Biology in 2016 during her Doctorate Program. She is currently working to earn her Perinatal Certification and Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP) from the ICPA.

Dr. Brymer now resides in Salem, OR with her dog Kiely. She enjoys hiking, being outdoors, line dancing, serving at her local church, and enriching children's lives.

Shana Christensen, LMT

Blue Heron Massage Therapy

As a licensed massage therapist, Shana’s mission is to promote wellness and peace through compassionate and tailored, therapeutic massage.  Blue Heron Massage Therapy is intended to be a place of solace, respect and calm in a hectic world.   

Shana has an intuitive touch and natural empathy that blends many bodywork techniques - including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Trigger Point, Reiki and Craniosacral methods - to bring a tailored massage to each individual, in every session.  

Shana graduated from The Oregon School of Massage -Portland, OR in 2014.  After working for Mt. Angel Chiropractic for two years, Shana opened Blue Heron Massage Therapy as the sole proprietor in 2017.

As a proud Silverton native, Shana is dedicated to enriching the lives of others and strengthening the community.  Shana finds inspiration in the kindness and compassion, nature, music and art that is so prevalent here. She lives in Silverton with her husband, their two children and their dog and cat.

Jennie Jorgensen, LCSW

Jennie Jorgensen has 17 years experience as an individual and family therapist. She believes that people can experience profound change and transformation amidst some of the most challenging circumstances.


While pain and discomfort are inevitable in life, suffering comes about when we become stuck in our pain, and are unable to see how to move through difficulties. Jennie's approach is one of building a relationship with clients based on trust and a desire to improve their life situation.

Jennie uses a combination of cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and narrative therapy to assist clients in developing the skills and tools needed to achieve their desired goals. Jennie looks forward to meeting and supporting you in your change process!

Megan Basl, BS, FNTP, RWP

Nutrition Therapy

Megan is a native Oregonian who moved to Sublimity, Oregon from Bend, Oregon. She worked in the medical field for nearly 8 years as the manager of a small family practice until she finally found her passion in Nutritional Therapy.

Megan is a Functional and Holistic Nutritional Therapist and her goal is to help women naturally manage chronic abdominal pain, bloating, fatigue, and joint pain, so they can feel more confident in their body, increase their energy and get back to enjoying the things they love. She uses a whole-body approach with her clients, teaching them healthier eating and lifestyle habits through nutritional coaching and accountability, as well as the importance of sleep, stress management, mindset, exercise, safer household products, cleaner cosmetics, etc. Lab testing such as digestive testing and food/chemical sensitivity testing, along with supplemental support may also be utilized to help bring the body back into balance. Megan thoroughly enjoys her work and loves seeing the positive changes her clients make on their journey to better health and healing.

Jennifer Helms, MFT, LPC

Trauma Informed Therapy

Jen is a trauma informed therapist and works with individuals, couples and families in a strengths-based framework that acknowledges and responds to the impact of trauma, creating opportunities for survivors to rebuild a sense of control and empowerment.  Jen works with how the lived experience of trauma has shaped and influenced ones mental, physical, and emotional health.  This approach allows space to increase awareness and journey towards healing  the mind, body, and spirit.   Problems stemming from unresolved interpersonal relationships, family of origin experiences, and intergenerational patterns can impact our abilities to live our lives in healthy and meaningful ways.  Jen works  through a collaborative relational approach to motivate change and manage symptoms.  Jen is also passionate about serving first responders, law enforcement, military and their families working through the vicarious traumas encountered through their work.  Jen understands that therapy is hard work, her work is rooted in a trauma informed lens accessing tools from EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy,  DBT, CBT,  Narrative Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. Additional therapeutic interventions  incorporated are Sand tray, art therapy, and clay work rooted in Jungian work. She work to meet you where you are in your journey and together, we decide which therapeutic interventions seems to be the right fit for you.  Jen provides licensure supervision for both LPC and LMFT’s.

Dr. Caitlan Readhead, ND

Integrative Progressive Medicine

Dr. Caitlan Readhead earned her bachelors in exercise science at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. With a strong interest in an integrative approach to overall health that encompassed both conventional and holistic modalities, she pursued her doctorate in naturopathic medicine.

After graduating from the National University of Natural Medicine with her doctorate degree in naturopathic medicine, masters in nutrition and masters in integrative medical research, she completed a one-year residency in San Francisco, with a focus on IV nutritional therapy, sports performance, chronic fatigue, and nutrition.


With extensive training in IV therapy, neurofeedback, microneedling, and lab assessment for chronic fatigue, brain optimization, and anti-aging, she understands the importance of utilizing various modalities, alongside conventional medicine, in her treatment approaches.   


In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, including her Saint Bernard, rooting on the Portland Thorns, and taking advantage of the wonderful outdoors of Oregon. As a long time runner, she is also likely training for her next race, or enjoying one of the many exercise studios in her neighborhood.
